At least in the northern hemisphere the days are now getting shorter.
We may not really be conscious of it, but studies show that the approaching gloomy days of fall and winter can also influence the way we approach other aspects of our life. People tend to be less enthusiastic, less adventurous, less likely to start new ventures.
It's actually a shame - a lot of wasted time to wait until the blossoming days of spring to start thinking again of reaching new goals in life.
It's even more of a shame when you realize that the "gloominess" in our minds is really only an attitude - our attitude.
And it can be changed with the flick of a switch. A switch in approach.
I like to think of fall and winter as an opportunity to push ahead with at least some of those ideas that germinated throughout the spring and summer.
If so many other people are now going into hibernation, then this is exactly the right time for you to innovate and push ahead and develop your new ideas.
That way, when the sleepies wake up in the spring, you'll already be in the right position to take advantage!
YOU can be the light at the end of the summer!
To your success,
Mike
